Lunch and Snacks

Parents are to provide lunch for their child on a daily basis. The school is not equipped to handle microwave or refrgieratred lunches. Parents should send in a morning snack with their child. Some classes (Preschool) have a sign-up sheet for parents to provide snacks for the week for their class. Please ask your child's teacher regarding morning snacks. Students on the Thomasville Road campus who are enrolled in the afternoon program will have their afternoon snacks provided by the school. Students on the Meridian Road campus need to bring their own individual afternoon snacks if they are enrolled in the afternoon program. On Fridays, the students are given the option to order a "special" lunch from several restaurants at an additional fee. Sign-up sheets will be sent home monthly for students at the Meridian Road campus and every nine weeks for the students at the Thomasville Road campus.

Withdrawal Plan

BHPS requires notice of student withdrawal. While fees are non-refundable, tuition may be prorated based on attendance. 1 - 10 days attended in a calendar month requires 3/4 of the monthly installment to be paid. Over 10 days requires the full monthly balance to be paid. If notice is not given before student withdrawal, 10% of the annual tuition (in addition to fees owed according to the stated withdrawal policy) will be charged. This withdrawal plan is not applicable to the VPK portion of the VPK4 Program.
